Fr. Anthony Craig
Fr. Anthony Craig grew up in central Minnesota, then attended St. John Vianney College Seminary at the University of St. Thomas where he majored in Catholic Studies and Philosophy. He earned a theology degree from Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome. He also studied in Rome at the Pontifical John Paul II Institute for Studies on Marriage and Family. He was ordained on July 15, 2011 for the Diocese of Duluth. He continued his studies at John Paul II Institute in Washington D.C. where he earned a Licentiate degree of Sacred Theology. Father Anthony has served as an associate pastor in Hibbing, a pastor in Deer River, Ball Club and Federal Dam, pastor of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Chisholm and Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Buhl, pastor of St. Joseph’s in Crosby and Our Lady of Fatima in Garrison, and serves currently at St. Lawrence and Holy Family parishes in Duluth. Since 2015 he has also worked as an assistant in the Office of Marriage, Family and life for the Diocese of Duluth.
