Something to Remember

We are preparing for our upcoming Holy Land pilgrimage in January and one of the books we recommend to pilgrims is "My Heart Is a Violin" which is the story of Holocaust Survivor Shony Alex Braun. I finished writing it nearly 15 years ago now and sometimes I forget the important impact this compelling story tells.

Here's what a recent reader had to say: I just finished reading "My Heart is a Violin." I have never read a book that touched me like this one....I felt like I was personally experiencing every sorrowful event in Shony's life during the Holocaust. I also felt God's protection and love for Shony. And, of course the many ways he positively touched the lives of all who crossed his path.

Emily, what an incredible project for you to be a part of...You did an awesome job!! Thank you so much for including your book in our reading list for the pilgrimage.

God bless, Mary Ellen
